Naomi Nursery School Foundation Inc is a Not – For – Profit Corporation, approved by the I.R.S. to conduct charitable work  for needy pre-school African children, attending the Naomi Nursery School in Bunyore, Kenya; to promote education for at risk children who have limited access to a pre-school facility.

One way to fight poverty in Africa is to invest in education.  The Foundation is committed to that goal and needs your help.

The school has a capacity of 120 children but because of the high level of poverty and the political situation the enrollment is down.  Parents cannot afford to pay a three dollar fee per month per child and so the teachers are not being paid. There is no money for books, pencils and other supplies.  The breakfast and lunch program would stop.  The children would suffer because this is often the only meal they receive in a day. There is a real danger of the school closing because of financial hardship.

This is the reason we are appealing for your financial support.  Your tax exempt donation will help pay for books, pencils, teachers salaries, uniforms for the children and maintenance of the building.  But above all we will be able to continue the breakfast and lunch program.
